Terrible, horrible customer experience and staff. Great product but would never recommend ever again.
Their warranty is total BS
I sent my Theragun Pro in for Warranty replacement on 15 March 2021, and it was received and signed for by Therabody on 17 March 2021.
Per the warranty replacement instructions I received when arranging to send in my unit, I was informed “Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your package is received in our warehouse for your defective device to be inspected and your replacement to be shipped out”.
It has now been 14 business days, I have sent 4 follow up emails, and have had no response, no shipping notifications, nothing.
Even with potential delays as a result of COVID, this timeframe and lack of communication is unreasonable and unacceptable.
Also, being without my Theragun is having an extremely negative toll on my body as I purchased it to manage chronic pain.
The Theragun product is amazing and has truly had a profound impact on my ability to function day to day and recover from exercise, but the customer service is sorely lacking.

Irving is an absolute champion - the new gold-standard for customer service. I would buy another Theragun Pro based on my interaction with him alone if they weren't so damn expensive!

I bought the wave duo but it didn’t work out for me, used the Chat portal on the website and within seconds Jose was ready to help me. Emailed me a return label with instructions and was very quick and efficient

These are simply the best massage guns on the market, you might read poor reviews on these sites but I can honestly say they work and do what they say on the tin.
I found the after care during warranty easy helpful no hassle whatsoever and a replacement unfit supplied without issue.
I would say buy direct from theragun it does seem people have less trouble reading other reviews.
I'm writing this when out of curiosity I noticed theragun were not being represented as I have found them noticing a few reviews that didn't share my experience with theragun.
Bought the prime for my girlfriend and she wasnt so keen on it. I decided to return ut as its very expensive to not be used. It cost me 48 pounds to send it back. Think carefully before buying. I realise it says they dont cover return costs but i wasnt expecting such a hefty shipping bill
Daniel was super helpful when resolving my issue, despite the technical difficulties on my end.
